The student teachers of science course visited Pavatkulam Tank to study the pond ecosystem, with the kind permission of the College President.
The field visit was supervised and guided by Mrs. M. R. Rasadha, the Senior Lecturer, and helped by Mrs. S. A. F. Fathana and Mr. Jeyakanth, Lecturer. The lecturers provided valuable support throughout the visit, explaining the pond structure, biodiversity and ecological interactions in detail.
Students observed various living organisms and examined abiotic factors such as water, sunlight, soil and temperature. The guidance and help given by the lecturers made the field trip informative and meaningful.
